Lazydays Festival will return to Priory Park in Southend from 24 to 26 July 2026, with its largest edition yet. Organisers have unveiled the first wave of artists, including major headliners Tinie Tempah, Feeder and Sister Sledge featuring original lead vocalist Kathy Sledge.
Special guests The Feeling join the bill, along with Professor Green, The Pigeon Detectives, Heather Small, We Are Scientists and Tunde, the voice of The Lighthouse Family.
And more than half of the full lineup still to come.
More than 12,000 people are expected to attend the 2026 event, which continues to grow rapidly following an 8,000-strong turnout in 2025. The festival, founded by three friends from Southend, has established itself as one of the fastest-growing independent cultural events in the South East, combining music with street food, craft drinks, theatre, performance and family activities.

Tinie Tempah, winner of Brit and Mobo awards and known for chart-topping hits including Pass Out and Written in the Stars, will headline the Friday. His recent UK tour sold out and his new releases, including Eat It Up, have already picked up millions of streams, signalling a strong return to new material.
Welsh rock band Feeder take over Saturday night, bringing more than three decades of festival headline experience. Fans can expect an energetic set filled with anthems like Buck Rogers and Feeling a Moment.
International disco icons Sister Sledge will close the festival on Sunday, performing global favourites such as We Are Family and Lost in Music, with live vocals from Kathy Sledge.
Special guests The Feeling will perform a set marking twenty years since the release of their debut album Twelve Stops and Home, featuring well-known tracks Fill My Little World and Never Be Lonely.
The festival’s ‘Big Hop’ second stage is being upgraded with its own headliners and a larger, more ambitious schedule for 2026. Fun Lovin’ Criminals and Artful Dodger will top the bill in the 1,000-capacity tent. They are joined by So Solid Crew’s Romeo and Lisa Maffia, Beans on Toast, DJ Format, Beatles Dub Club and Atomic Brass, with further additions expected.
Rising artists and festival favourites Ellie Sax, Smoove and Turrell, Bilk, Bleach Lab and Good Health Good Wealth also feature across the weekend.
A new third stage will launch for 2026, created in collaboration with Essex promoters and grassroots venues to provide a platform for emerging talent.
Organisers say the 2026 event will build on the feedback they have received from festivalgoers, refining the experience while strengthening its reputation as a local, independent event.
Elliott Waters, Co-Founder and Artistic Director, said:
“We know that Lazydays Festival is No Ordinary Weekend. We want people to look at this lineup and think Southend is punching well above its weight. We are not backed by a juggernaut global promoter. We live here, we’re local and independent, we walk our dogs in the park every day, and we care about putting on the best show for the area.”
He added:
“We are building something that belongs to the community. People have told us what would make Lazydays even better, and we read every single comment, so 2026 is about implementing that feedback, bringing more energy, better hospitality and giving people unforgettable memories right on their doorstep.”
The organisers say more acts and surprises are still to come, building on previous appearances from Example, Katy B, Peter Doherty, Embrace, Soul II Soul, Craig Charles, Newton Faulkner and Mystery Jets.
