easyJet have announced additional flights from their new base opening at the airport next year, as well as three brand new routes. The announcement of the new flight destinations means easyJet are now launching a total of 10 new routes in 2025 from Southend.

The airline has also added extra flight-only tickets to the following destinations from Southend Airport. Previously, these new destinations were only available as easyJet package holidays from May 2025.
The new flights will now begin earlier in the year from 31 March:
Earlier this year, easyJet announced the opening of a new three-aircraft base at Southend airport, along with the seven new package holiday destinations: Gran Canaria and Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Dalaman and Antalya in Turkey, Enfidha in Tunisia, Marrakech in Morocco and Pisa in Italy.
The total number of beach, city and ski routes available from London Southend Airport is now 17, showing that the airport continues to grow as a choice for travellers.
Since easyJet first began operations at Southend Airport in 2012, the airline has flown more than seven million customers from the airport.
