A new Domino’s pizza store is opening in Southend-on-Sea, making it the third branch of the takeaway in the city.

The fast food pizza chain is taking over the former Army & Navy store on London Road in Westcliff.

The iconic Army and Navy Store had been serving the community for over 70 years, before it closed in 2023.

The new Domino’s pizza store will be open between 11am and 11pm, after Southend City Council’s approved plans earlier this year. Collection and delivery options will be available.

The franchisee of the new store is understood to be DPSK Limited who operate over 270 Domino’s stores.
