A new artisan pizzeria offering bottomless pizza and drinks is opening this weekend in Southend city centre – and they’re giving away totally free pizzas to celebrate!
Twelve Pizzeria will officially launch inside the popular Twelve Bar in Market Place, Alexandra Street, on Saturday, 18 October. The launch event will run from 3pm to 5pm, when anyone who drops by can claim a free small pizza, with no booking required.
The move marks a new chapter for Twelve Bar, which is known across Southend for its lively nightlife scene. Now, the venue is extending its appeal to daytime diners with the introduction of Twelve Pizzeria – serving stone-baked pizzas made from high-quality ingredients.
And what’s more, is that guests can book a table at the venue for a full hour of bottomless slices of the pizzas, plus drinks too if they choose.
The owner said: “Twelve Bar has been renowned for hosting late night parties and events but with the launch of Twelve Pizzeria we will now be offering a dining experience during the daytime.
“Twelve Pizzeria will be serving delicious artisan pizzas made with the finest ingredients. Our menu will also include a large variety of plant-based and gluten free options.
“We will be offering bottomless pizzas and drinks, when diners can enjoy an hour of unlimited servings of our delicious pizzas and soft drinks for £17.99, and just £10 extra to include bottomless prosecco, cocktails and beers.
“We’re expecting the bottomless pizza and drink’s hour to be booked up quickly, but customers can also order a whole pizza from our standard menu.”
The venue has also made clear its commitment to inclusivity, confirming that all gluten-free pizzas are “cross contamination controlled and stone baked in a separate oven dedicated for our gluten free produce.”
Twelve Pizzeria will open at 19 Alexandra Street in Southend on the following days and times:
- Thursday: 5pm – 10pm
- Friday: 5pm – 10pm
- Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Guests can also stay on after dining, with the bar open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
